A Monumental Challenge
While the Ngamba Island forest provides some natural foraging, it is not sustainable to fully support 54 rescued chimpanzees. We must supplement their diet four times a day with a massive variety of fresh fruits, vegetables, and nutritious porridge.
Sourcing, transporting, and preparing over 80,000 lbs (30,000 kg) of food every single year is our biggest ongoing expense. Your donation directly fills their bellies.
