Terms regarding booking modifications and cancellations
Booking & Payments
Full payment is required 30 days prior to the travel date. For bookings made within 30 days of travel, full payment is required immediately.
Cancellations
- More than 90 days before arrival: 75% refund.
- 46 - 89 days before arrival: 50% refund.
- 9 - 45 days before arrival: 25% refund.
- 8 days or less before arrival: No refund.
Rescheduling
Trips can be rescheduled up to 7 days before the travel date without penalty, subject to availability.
